I am a licensed clinical social worker (“Mental Health Provider”) in the state of Nevada; however, this does not mean that I am licensed to practice outside of Nevada.

I understand that while we may deal with issues of sexuality during a session, it is not a sexual or an erotic experience. I understand that during all sessions I will remain clothed, as will my practitioner.
I understand if I am uncomfortable with a topic of conversation or modality of healing at any time, for any reason, that I should tell my practitioner right away. In fact, I understand that it is my responsibility to inform my practitioner of any such circumstance, as she wants my sessions to be supportive and safe. REFUND POLICY
There are no refunds on subscriptions or services which include but not limited to: all online website subscriptions, life-coaching sessions, all certification classes, Honoring the Sacral Chakra Group, Breath Alignment, pranayama, meditation, sound baths, or energy healing sessions. In the event that you decide you will not utilize your trauma life or spiritual coaching sessions you forfeit those funds paid to Toshia Shaw.
Retreat refund policies are in the Retreat policies please contact Toshia directly. Sound bath tickets are non-transferable and not eligible to transfer to a future sound bath unless the workshop has been canceled by Toshia. If sound bath ticket is not used, you forfeit those funds. 5-class pack for breathwork, pranayama, or meditation classes are non-transferable to other services. You must use the 5-class pack within 45 days. Void after 45 days and if not used you forfeit those funds.
